Emanuel Flaquer joins Underwood Murray with knowledge of federal and state court trial and appellate practices.
Prior to joining Underwood Murray, Emanuel was an associate in a sophisticated insurance defense firm, gaining experience in trial and appellate disputes.
After earning his Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami Law School, Emanuel obtained an LLM in taxation. Emanuel also served as a judicial intern for the Hon. Judge Mindy A. Mora, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Southern District of Florida.
