- Exit the airport and follow signs to I-275 North Take I-275 North to Exit 44 (toward downtown East/West) Merge Left on Tampa Street and follow the road until you pass Jackson Street. 100 North Tampa St is on your right.
- From the South – Sarasota/Ft. Myers
- Take I-75 to Leroy Selmon Crosstown Expressway, Exit at the first downtown exit (S.R. 60/Kennedy Blvd.). Turn left on Tampa Street Tampa Street and follow the road until you pass Jackson Street. 100 North Tampa St is on your right.
- From Pinellas County
- Follow signs to I-275 headed east to Downtown Tampa.
- Exit 44, Merge Left on Tampa Street Tampa Street and follow the road until you pass Jackson Street. 100 North Tampa St is on your right.
- From Orlando/I-4
- Take I-4 West toward Tampa Take Exit 45A – Downtown East – West Follow signs to Ashley Drive Merge Left on Tampa Street Tampa Street and follow the road until you pass Jackson Street. 100 North Tampa St is on your right.
- From Brandon/Selmon Crosstown Expressway
- Take the Leroy Selmon Crosstown Expressway – lower level. Exit at the first downtown exit (S.R. 60/Kennedy Blvd.). Turn left on Tampa Street – merge to Right-Hand Lane and follow the road until you pass Jackson Street. 100 North Tampa St is on your right.
Parking Garage
- Driving South on Tampa Street, Regions Bank will be on the right one block South of East Jackson Street.
- The parking garage for the Regions Bank Building is on the right, just before the building’s lobby entrance on East Washington St.
